Artist statement

Nina Britta Eriksson is a Swedish artist and writer, based in Bergen, Norway. Her work, writing practice, and research revolve around the queering and exploration of materiality, desire, and function. With an interest in material implications, elusive histories, and the fragility of truth, she works in sculpture, performance, and text to craft space for alternative ways of approaching subjective histories and possible futures.
