Påmelding B-open
Påmelding gjøres ved å opprette en profil via www.b-open.no.
– registrering/redigering av profil må gjøres via pc (ikke mobil)
– registrer deg som ny bruker
– opprett profil
– profilen din blir publisert etter at den har blitt gjennomgått.
– Publisert profil gjelder som aksept av påmelding.
– om du har deltatt tidligere og har en eksisterende profil, så blir du registrert som deltaker på årets festival ved å logge deg inn og oppdatere informasjonen.
– Profilen vil være synlig frem til neste års festival.
– hvert år må vi tilbakestille profilene til pending før ny påmelding. Du kan derfor bli varslet om at din status er endret, men informasjon i profilen din forblir intakt.
– Du kan redigere all informasjon i profilen din frem til festival start.

– trykk på logg inn på menylinjen
– trykk på registrer, fyll inn data og trykk registrer
Profil
– gå til www.b-open.no, logg inn (via pc, ikke mobil)
– trykk på din profil i menylinjen
– hvis du har en profil fra før, så kan du se innholdet i profilen ved å trykke på redigeringssymbolet, og redigere informasjonen til å gjelde for i år
– for deg som lager ny profil: fyll inn personalia og informasjon om atelieret. Hvis du har atelier i et atelierfellesskap så er det viktig dere bruker samme navn og adresse på dette. Alle atelier blir knyttet opp til en kartfunksjon.
– teknikk: bruk kun stikkord
– artist statement: skriv øverst i tekstfeltet hvilken dag du holder åpent, lørdag eller søndag. Vi anbefaler du legger inn en kort tekst på både engelsk og norsk så informasjon om deg når ut til flest mulig.
– legg inn kortfattet CV.
– bilder: max 2mb per bilde. Bilder må ha god oppløsning for at vi skal kunne dele det videre. 1 hovedbilde blir synlig i kunstneroversikten, i tillegg til 3 bilder som vises i profilen. Vi anbefaler du legger inn et portrett, et foto av atelieret ditt, og resten av arbeider. Bilder fra profilen blir brukt til promotering av kunstnere som deltar.

Registration for B-open
Registration is done by creating a profile via www.b-open.no.
Profile registration/editing must be done via PC (not mobile).
Register as a new user.
Create a profile.
Your profile will be published after its been reviewed by B-open.
The published profile serves as acceptance of your registration.
If you have participated before and have an existing profile, you will be registered as a participant for this year’s festival by logging in and updating your information.
The profile will be visible until next year’s festival.
Every year, we must reset profiles to pending status before new registration. You may be notified that your status has changed, but the information in your profile remains intact.
You can edit all information in your profile until the festival starts.
Registration
Go to www.b-open.no via PC (not mobile).
Click on “Log in” in the menu bar.
Click “Register,” fill in your details, and click “Register.”
Profile
Go to www.b-open.no, log in (via PC, not mobile).
Click on min profil in the menu bar. If you already have a profile, press the editing symbol to see the content of your profile, which you can edit.
If you are a new user: Fill in personal details and information about your studio. If you have a studio in a shared studio space, it is important to use the same name and address for this. All studios will be linked to a map feature.
Technique: use keywords only.
Artist statement: Write at the top of the text field which day you are open, Saturday or Sunday. We recommend your text is in both English and Norwegian.
Add a short version of your CV.
Images: max 2MB per image. Images has to be of high resolution for us to post it forward. One main image will be visible in the artist overview, in addition to 3 images that will be shown in the profile. We recommend one of them to be a portrait, and one of your studio, and the following of your work. Images from the profile will be used to promote the participating artists.
Click “Update Information.”
All fields must be completed for us to publish the profile/approve participation.
Edit Profile
Log in, as above.
Click on the edit symbol in the dashboard.
Click “Update Information” after editing.
Press the edit symbol if you want to see the updated info on your profile.
